Happy Wednesday everyone! If you have been following me for a little while, you know how much I adore stationery goodies. I find them so incredibly cute and practical, and they make such beautiful little office decorations. I was contacted by Flowerink Stationery, a Vancouver company that offers watercolour greeting cards printed on seed paper. I could not resist these beautiful little designs and the eco-friendly mission behind these cards, so I decided to have a few of them and share them to you!
Flowerink Stationery is more than just simple greeting cards. Their goal is to offer little beautiful gifts that are pretty but also kind to the environment. Since they are printed on seed paper, you can actually plant them. You only need to add a little bit of water and you will see beautiful wildflowers grow out of them! All of the flowers are naturally located in North America, such as Gilia Tricolor, Clarkia, Rudbeckia Hirta, Lobularia Maritima, Bellis Perennis, Silene and Antirrhinum.
These gorgeous little cards are a fusion between art, celebration and ecology. What I absolutely adore, beside the amazing fact that wildflowers can grow out of these cards, is that all the designs are very simple, yet touching. Flowerink Stationery likes to keep things simple as they want to show the beauty of nature in a minimalist style.
What do you guys think of these cards? Which one is your favourite?
