Healthy and tasty breakfast with Oatbox

Sara Hudson

Oatbox has been everywhere on social media recently. I have seen so many fellow bloggers and friends rave about this cereals subscription box and I wanted to try it for weeks but never got around to do it. Oatbox recently sent me their April mix which contains 2 bags of 380 grams of granola and one glass jar. I was so incredibly happy when I opened the beautiful box to see that I received the Apple & Raisons Granol bag as well as the Nuts & Sesame Crunch – heaven in the form of cereals!

If you are someone like me who doesn’t have time to prepare a full healthy breakfast heading out to work, this is the perfect solution. Made from healthy and natural ingredients, these cereal mixes are made by Oatbox’s chefs: they create all the mixes, prepare the orders and ship them out for us to enjoy at home or on the go. They are also 75% organic, have no preservatives, no artificial sweeteners or flavors, and they are handmade in Quebec.

Have you tried Oatbox breakfast cereals? Which blend is your favourite?

Apple & Raisins Granol
This is my favourite mix. It combines Quebec-grown apple chunks and chewy raisins, mixed with organic rolled oats, rye flakes, apple sauce, honey, walnuts and much more. I like to eat this granola either with a fruit yogurt or simply with milk, adding a few fresh fruits and almonds! I have been eating this mix every day until I ran out of it, which is very surprising since I never eat that many cereals in a week.

Nuts & Sesame Crunch
This bag is a beautiful blend of cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds and sesame which gives a touch of earthy and nutty crunch to your breakfast. It also has organic rolled oats, rye flakes, honey, apple sauce, vanilla extract and more. Just as the previous mix, I love to eat these granolas with milk or with yogurt – and add a lot of fruits since I prefer sweet/fruity breakfast.

Retailing at 20$, Oatbox is a wonderful cereals subscription service that offers the best organic and natural ingredients harvested in Quebec. The blends change every month which adds great diversity and flavor to the mixes. I cannot recommend these little delicious goodies enough!
