Last month, I had the great opportunity to attend Browns X Stan Smith X Tava’s new collection launch. I was invited by Social Candy PR at Browns Shoes Store on Sainte-Catherine (downtown Montreal) to discover the 10 shoes designs, exclusively for Browns. Antoine Tavaglione, known as TAVA, is a Montreal pop artist famous for his murals around the city and his doodles on sneakers.
Sold across Canada, the original Adidas’ Stan Smith retails for 115$, while the designs start at an additional $150. These specific designs will be available for custom orders for the next few weeks. My favourite ones are the emojis, the macarons and the fruits sneakers – aren’t they so cute? They add such a nice pop of colour and uniqueness to any outfit, especially nowadays when we are all looking for comfort while still being chic!
The cocktails and the bouchées were delicious, thanks to the Tomahawk team, Santos and Dolcetto restaurants! Amazing venue, great music, gorgeous shoe designs, beautiful people… All in all, the perfect mix for a great evening. Browns also gave us huge goodie bags (as you saw in my August Vlog) – Adidas shirt, men socks, a cute red pouch, and much more! This new collection launch was a night to attend and to remember.
