Clarisonic’s latest arrival has been everywhere lately. Their new Sonic Foundation Brush invaded the beauty world a couple of weeks ago and I was very lucky to received it to review. This new head is compatible with every Clarisonic face brushes which is amazing. The device can be transformed from a sonic cleanser to a makeup applicator in a few seconds! You can use the Sonic Foundation Brush to apply liquid/cream foundations, BB/CC creams, cream blush, colour correcting primer, concealer and contour cream/stick.

I was a little worried when I first saw this brush as Clarisonic cleaning brushes are known to deeply clean the skin and pores. I was scared that the brush would push the product too far deep in my skin. Surprisingly, the brush is incredibly gentle on the skin. You do not need to put any pressure on the brush as doing so will make the application very streaky. The brush blends the foundation beautifully and very quickly. It gives such a beautiful airbrush finish!
This brush is equipped with anti-microbial and nonporous bristles. It is very easy to clean; you only have to twist off the brush and clean it like any other makeup brushes. I used it for the past few weeks during special occasions and events and my skin looked beautiful and even. I love how practical this new brush is. I kept the safety cap which makes easier to store and to travel with. I highly recommend the Clarisonic Sonic Foundation Brush if you are on the lookout for new innovative makeup brushes!
The only downsides, which are very minimal, is that you will need to restart the device after 60 seconds as it shuts off by itself, and that it can tickle when you use it on your nose and near your ears. Other than these, the Sonic Foundation Brush has my seal of approval.
