Staying Matte With La Roche-Posay Serozinc Mist

I have been dealing with oily and acne prone skin since my teenage years. One of my daily struggle definitely is to control my skin’s sebum production. I have tried and used an incredible amount of setting powders and blotting papers which do help me get through the day but I am always on the lookout to try new innovative products. La Roche-Posay recently came out with a new solution for mattified skin. Their Serozinc on-the-go mist is an anti-shine, sebo-regulating and ultra-fine mist that removes shine and purifies the skin. They very generously sent me their new mist to try and I am in love with it!

I personally use the Serozinc mist after cleansing my skin as a toner and throughout the day when I feel my natural oils are peeking through my makeup. This new mist has the effect of a blotting paper but comes in the form of a can. It is formulated with purifying Zinc-Sulfate and rich antioxidants for shine-free skin that lasts. This toner is also perfect to target key signs of oily skin, tighten pores and sooth acne which is ideal for my skin concerns.

I highly recommend La Roche-Posay’s Serozinc for everyone that has an oily and acne prone skin. This mist is also suitable for sensitive skin and gentle enough for everyday use. This new beauty gem has been an essential in my skincare routine for the past 2 weeks and I have been more than loving it. Let me know if you tried this mattifying toner mist!

I’ve been using this but I don’t find it to work as blotting paper in a can as they advertise it. If I’m oily already, it doesn’t mattify my skin. It does shrink my pores and I’m sure it keeps me less oily over time when I use it after cleansing but I don’t like how it’s advertised because I don’t find it to be true. 🙁
