Little LIFE Box is a Canadian, family-run health and lifestyle subscription box. I have never seen such boxes before as I always look for beauty and fashion subscription services. I was really interested when they contacted me to try out their little box, how could I say no the their amazing concept and plus, they are Canadian! Their goal is to encourage us to make better and healthier choices by replacing their products with ones that support great and local companies and that help the environment.
Every month, Little LIFE Box ships out healthy goodies to members across the country with products ranging from nutrition, to beauty and household items. They also have vegan options which is great. All their products are healthy, ethical and local. You get 8 to 12 new items in every box that are either sample or full size. I got the opportunity to get their June Vegan box which included mostly healthy snacks.

Trail Mix Bar – Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Raspberry: Healthy bars are not always my favourites as I have a really sweet tooth and I am not too fond of plain nuts and granolas. This particular bar has chocolate chips and fruits which is perfect for me. It gives the good amount of fibre and energy while also being very tasty!
Snack Bar – Lemon, Goji & Coconut: This natural and healthy bar is made from raw superfoods. It is a great snack to keep in our bag during the day. It tastes really good and it is great to keep your appetite on hold between meals.
Peppermint Gum: We always need a good breath freshener and these gums are the perfect solution. They seem to be exactly like any other gums but I like the fact that they are vegan, GMO-free, sugar-free and gluten-free!
M’nonga D’amour Soap: This handmade natural soap is so lovely! It smells refreshing and doesn’t dry out the skin. I really love this product and I have been using it since I got it.
Brussel Bytes – Tamarind Apple: These are kale chips replacement. They are great if you are craving a snack but still want something healthy and satisfying!
Coconut Chips: I love coconut and these chips are very tasty and crunchy. I really like to eat them by themselves or to add in my salads.
Hand Cream Rosemary & Lemon: This cream is very moisturizing to the skin. I only got a very tiny sample so I couldn’t use it for very long to see how well my skin would react to it after a few days. It smells lovely, not too buttery and worked pretty well during the couple of days I used it.
Camelina Oil – Roasted Garlic & Chili: This homegrown cooking oil spices up our meals. It is great to use to cook pasta and stir-frys. Personally I didn’t notice too much of a difference in my meals but knowing I am using a locally grown, GMO-free and vegan oil is a great addition to my kitchen!
